EMPI's Super Beetle Lowered Strut Inserts are made for use with EMPI's 9627 Strut Housings.
The strut inserts fit late 1973 (From Chassis #1333003656 / 1533003656) through 1979 which are using EMPI adjustable strut housings
The gas-charged strut inserts are sold individually and can not be used with stock VW strut housings.
